I. Love. Barkefellers! It may be my favorite place ever. We have to be very careful when saying "doggie daycare" in front of our dog Henry, because he'll go crazy, running from door to door, he's so excited. As soon as we get in the car, he starts whining and he usually whines when we pick him up and drive him home too!
Day play can get a bit pricey, so we don't take him every week - but it's well worth the $22 when we do. Henry gets to play with other dogs of his size and personality, and he comes home exhausted.

We have used Barkefellers the last half a dozen times that we have needed a place for our family pet to stay. Barkefellers has an open door policy & we just stopped by one afternoon to tour the facilities. They didn’t hesitate for a second. They provided a tour & answered any questions we had; never attempted to rush but took their time. For us, this spoke volumes of the quality of care the facility provides.
We can’t speak highly enough of the care & kindness they extend to our Daisy. The facility is clean, staff is friendly & in tune to the needs of you & your pet; so, plan that vacation or get-a-way weekend and rest assure that the staff at Barkefellers will take very good care of your “extended family member(s)”. We will schedule again in the future.

My dog loves Barkefellers!
This was the first time I ever boarded my dog. She was a little nervous, but everyone there was so nice! I was able to go on a weekend trip without worrying about her. I will definitely bring her back!

Barkefellers is an amazing place. They took good care of my pup Brutus for a long two weeks. He was clean and healthy and happy when we picked him up. I plan to use Barkefellers in the future when I cannot take Brutus with me.

I went on vacation in July and i had my dog “SNOOP” stay with Barkefellers for a week..The place was so clean. The suites were just adorable. They even gave out little report cards about what you dog did each day. How awesome! I would recommend this place to all my friends. I love Barkefellers!

I have checked out just about every boarding facility in town, and none of them even come close to Barkefellers. The facility is so clean and the staff is always happy to see my dog. (He’s always happy to see them too!) They have an ‘open door’ policy in regard to tours of the facility - that says a lot about how they run their operation. Spotless and Caring - 5 Stars!

As far as I’m concerned there is no other place on earth I would board my pets other than Barkefellers. I believe they look forward to my business trips so they can hang out with Rick and his fantastic team at Barkefellers.

Barkefellers is amazing. I travel from the north side to take my dogs there. There is no place like Barkefellers in this state! The knowledge of the employees and the cleanliness of the facility are impeccable, well worth any amount of money. If you have not tried or even visited Barkefellers you are making a mistake. Everyone should bring their pets there!

Better than amazing! Barkefellers has done wonders for our sweet Ember. The facility. The staff. The level of service. The cleanliness. The attention to detail. All are 5 stars in our book. They love what they do and it shows. They call us (& more importantly, Ember) by name every time, without fail and they do it with a smile. We won’t leave Ember anywhere else.

You won’t believe the personalized care that each beloved guest receives. This is the first boarding facility that our whippets actually get excited about when pulling into the parking lot. Barkefellers pays attention to the details that matter to their guests and to the owners.

A beautiful place. Loving staff, clean atmosphere, amazing space to play and stay for your special pets. Cats and dogs are welcome. One of a kind. Definitely what the southside needed. Highly recommend.

I have not seen a boarding facility like Barkefellers! Their services are far beyond other places and their staff is amazing. I am so excited that there if finally a place like this on the south side!

We love Barkefellers & our puppy loves to attend Day Care.The on-site grooming (nails clipped) is great. The staff members are great. We are very happy with the services and would highly recommend Barkefellers to other dog owners.

My dogs love going to “daycare” at Barkefellers. They are closely supervised by the staff who show love and affection to all of the dogs who board there. I highly recommend this business as THE place to care for your dogs when you need to be away from them.

Best place ever. My dog loves this place. He runs to the door and is so excited to see all his playmates when he gets here. The staff is always very loving to Chase and even though he is a handful, they still treat him like the puppy he thinks he is. I always feel confident when I leave Chase here that he is being taken care of above like he is one of their own dogs. You must try this place. You will be very pleased!

The training staff has gone above and beyond the call of duty. They stayed after class to work with us and our dog on several occasions. This class will help you understand how you dog thinks and how to correct your training errors. GREAT CLASS!”
