Basic Obedience
This class teaches you how to build a positive relationship with your dog with you as the pack leader. Behavioral issues as well as dog behaviors and how to interpret them will be discussed.
- Types of collars and leashes, proper use
- Socialization with other dogs and new people
- Meet and greet (no jumping up)
- Sit and stay
- Down and down stay
- Come when called and sit front
- Walking on a loose lead

CLASS SIZE: 8 minimum, 20 maximum
MAINTENANCE OBEDIENCE
This class is designed to maintain and/or enhance your dog’s reliability in performing the obedience exercises he/she has been taught in the Basic Obedience class. These classes are offered one night per week and require no weekly commitment. You attend class as you can throughout the year and pay as you come.
